Friends of LabTAR from Universidade Federal do Espititu Santo, and the Red Iberoamericana de Investigación sobre los nuevos modelos de Innovación organise in Vitoria, Brasil, during 5 to 7 august 2013 this event about experiences on the open innovation new models base on users, establishing a network between existing experiences about citizens labs, analyze their advances and maximize thier results in order to ensure his sostenibility.

Socientize open an All Our Ideas votation for the Citizen’s Sciene definition

Socientize project opens an instance in in allourideas.org, about the continuing question of how to best understand all the various activities falling under the concept of Citizen Science. We have set up an "All Our Ideas" site to get everyone's input on the topic. This is a collaborative tool allows users to vote on a series of questions to gauge the popularity of each answer against the others.

Cell Images Experiment

Cell Images Experiment intends to help a biotechnologist on his research about apoptosis, a type of programmed cell death. Successful results may lead to more accurate and effective cancer treatments.

This new video introduces the context of the experiment and provides a tutorial about the biotechnology basis needed to understand the work being carried out.

Scientists Circuits at the University of Zaragoza and Ibercivis

Groups of students continue coming to the Institute for Biocomputation and Physics of Complex Systems (BIFI) and Ibercivis, to know the projects we do here.

The aim is to show these students the daily work we do, opening applications to the curiosity of young Aragonese and awakening seeking scientific careers of these 16 year olds.
